About Me

Hi. My name is Greg Logan and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of CA. I graduated with a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University.

I work with teens, adults, couples and families to assist them in living happier and more fulfilling lives. I believe that clients are the experts on their own lives and have the inner strength and resources needed to create change. My goal as a therapist is to help clients figure out what changes they want to make in their lives and to work together to create a plan based on their individual needs to make those changes happen. I use a number of different approaches to therapy, each tailored to the client’s unique strengths and abilities.

I believe that a strong relationship between the therapist and the client consisting of genuineness, empathy and unconditional positive regard, are essential for positive outcomes in therapy. I appreciate the importance of the mind/body connection and like to incorporate breathing techniques, exercise, mindfulness and mediation into my work with clients.

I am trained in using EMDR, I am certified in LGBT Affirmative Psychotherapy through the American Associate of Marriage & Family Therapists (AAMFT) and I am certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

I am a member of the American Association of Marriage & Family Therapists (AAMFT), the California Association of Marriage & Family Therapists (CAMFT), the Orange County Association of Marriage & Family Therapists (OCCAMFT) and the International Honor Society for Psychology (Psi Chi).
